What format are the courses?
PDF guides, plus workbooks and planners for many courses. Each course page lists every file and its page count.
Can I read them on my phone or tablet?
Yes. PDFs open on any phone, tablet or computer. Many people also print the workbooks and planners to write in.
How long do I have access?
For good. There is no subscription and nothing expires. Download your files again any time from your order email or your account.
Do I need any experience?
No. Every course starts with the basics and builds step by step, with exercises you can do at your own pace.
Are the courses professional advice?
No. They are educational. Health, money and legal topics are general information, not a replacement for advice from a professional who knows your situation.
Can I share a course with a friend?
The licence is personal, so please do not share the files. If you are buying for a team, write to us and we will arrange a licence for everyone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available are shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and the total you see before you place the order is the total you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and use the links in your confirmation email. An account keeps every purchase in one place so you can download again whenever you like.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Email us your order number with your company name, address and tax number, and we will send you an invoice.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, or you bought something twice by mistake, we will put it right. The refund policy has the details.
How do I contact you?
